Description
Lucrarile ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri sunt cele detaliate si descriese in Proiectul tehnic de executie si a documentelor ce fac parte din acesta, a detaliilor de executie si a listelor cu cantitatile de lucrari parte integranta din PTh. Termenul pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este cu cel mult 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari cu 11 zile anterior datei limita de depunere a ofertelor. Solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise in format editabil.
