Lucrarile de executie ce fac obiectul contractului: "EXECUTIE LUCRARI pentru investitia "CONSTRUIRE, DOTARE SI DIGITALIZARE LICEU TEORETIC COMANDOR ALEXANDRU CATUNEANU DIN SATUL LUNCA CETATUII, COMUNA CIUREA, JUDETUL IASI ""– conform PTH atasat. De asemenea, lucrarile de mai sus trebuie facute cu respectarea obligatorie a tuturor cerintelor DNSH ("Do no significant harm”), astfel cum este prevăzut la Articolul 17 din Regulamentul (UE) 2020/852 privind instituirea unui cadru care să faciliteze investițiile durabile. Lucrarile sunt descrise in cadrul documentatiei tehnice atasate la nivel de PT. Operatorii economici vor putea solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare privind documentatia de atribuire pana la termenul de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor astfel incat raspunsul autoritatii contractante sa fie transmis cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor
