Alexandru Vaida Voevod, nr. 57, Cluj-Napoca, conform cerintelor caietului de sarcini si a documentatiei aferente. Valoarea estimata este de 25.053.448,33 lei fara TVA. Cheltuielile „Diverse și neprevăzute” din devizul general sunt de 1.273.852 lei fara TVA și nu sunt incluse în valoarea estimata. Clarificarile vor fi solicitate cu 20 de zile anterior datei limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar raspunsul consolidat se va publica in ziua 11 anterior datei limita de depunere oferte.
