Le présent marché est un marché de services au sens de l'article 2, 21° de la loi relative aux marchés publics. Objet du marché: Programme de développement, destiné aux membres de l’EXCO et à certains collaborateurs ayant démontré des capacités d’innovation, axé sur le développement des aptitudes managériales pour stimuler l’innovation, la transformation numérique de l’entreprise et le développement d’une culture tournée vers l’avenir. Lieu d'exécution : En Europe. Durée du marché: Le marché a une durée de 15 à 18 mois à compter de l’attribution ou à toute autre date ultérieure précisée dans la notification de l’attribution.
