Description
De opdracht betreft het leveren van de dienstverlening en een systeem dat ondersteuning biedt aan het afnemen van examens en uitgifte van persoonscertificaten in een aantal examenlijnen en het faciliteren(registratie en notificaties) van permanente educatie, alsmede het verstrekken van opvolgende certificaten. Het systeem moet gebruiksvriendelijk zijn, schaalbaar en ingericht kunnen worden conform eisen van kwaliteitsborging binnen de geldende ISO-17024 normering. De stichting beheert zowel publieke als private richtlijnen voor personen met een totale omzet van € 1.300.000 (opgave huidige partner) die rechtstreeks aan de aanvrager zijnde opleider of gebruiker worden gefactureerd. De afdracht aan opdrachtgever bedraagt op dit moment ca € 400.000 op jaarbasis.
