- Quality — Omschrijving van hoe de inschrijver van plan is de opdracht aan te pakken en hoe de kwaliteit gewaarborgd wordt.
- Quality — Beoordeling van de kwaliteit van het drukwerk
- Quality — Beoordeling van de kwaliteit van het verpakkingsvoorstel van de inschrijver.
- Quality — Twee casussen worden beoordeeld op basis van het inzicht en de flexibiliteit van de inschrijver.
- Quality — Beoordeling van de maatregelen die de inschrijver heeft genomen om de productie door te laten gaan bij calamiteiten in de productielocatie.
- Price — Beoordeling van de totaalprijs per jaar op basis van een ingevuld prijzenblad.
