Description
Das Bauvorhaben umfasst ein 4-zügiges Gymnasium mit 9 Jahrgangsstufen für 1.035 Schüler in einem kompakten Gebäude mit 16.708,09 m² BGF. Zusätzlich wird neben der Schule ein Holzmodulbau errichtet, da sich während der Planung ein Mehrbedarf an Unterrichtsräumen ergab. Der Modulbau weist eine Fläche von 1.140,93 m² BGF auf. Das vorläufige Investitionsvolumen beläuft sich auf ca. 80 Mio. EUR (brutto, KG 200-700). Weitere Angaben siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
