This tendering procedure is an international call for tenders. It aims at concluding a framework agreement for event organization and related services with Service Providers in 37 countries, specialized in event organization/management and related services, with a view to establishing the terms of the subsequent call-offs for the provision of services, corresponding to the needs of the Council of Europe for the projects concerned.
