Description
Tilburg University wil een raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één leverancier die als vaste partner optreedt voor de levering van evenementbenodigdheden. De universiteit zoekt een partij met aantoonbare ervaring in het verzorgen van de logistieke en technische ondersteuning rondom evenementen. De leverancier is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren, opzetten, aansluiten, afbreken en afvoeren van alle benodigde materialen. De geraamde waarde van deze aanbesteding bedraagt € 350.000,- exclusief BTW over de gehele contractperiode van vier (4) jaar.
