Description
RVO needs independent evaluators for two main categories of evaluations: mandatory external outcome and impact evaluations and non/mandatory project evaluation. In order to continuously improve effectiveness and to account for the results of RVO International Development programmes, our monitoring and evaluation strongly focuses on learning and fostering adaptive programming. The feedback provided by evaluations is used to improve the quality of programmes, policymaking and policy implementation. Maximum budget is 6,000,000 EURO, including optional extensions
