Description
The Ministry of Education and Research hereby announces an assignment for evaluation of the programme Knowledge Sector ́s computer partnership KUDAF. The evaluation shall follow good practice for evaluation work and it shall be published in a written report to the contracting authority. The report shall have both formative and summative elements, but emphasise the formative aspect. The report shall include concrete proposals for how the work on improving data sharing in the knowledge sector can be continued. The final delivery deadline for the contract is 1 November 2025. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 1.3 million excluding VAT to NOK 1,95 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
