Description
NFD would like to have an evaluation of Green Platform, i.a. to have a better knowledge basis for further installation of the scheme. The evaluation ought to include the following elements: - Assessment of collaboration costs and gains, both for the policy participants and the applicant consorties, in the short and long term. - Assessment of potential socio-economic effects. - Go into a selection of the concrete projects and look at results, including expected environmental gains and spreading effects. - Look at a selection of projects that have sought support and have been rejected; what is the status - the consumables have moved forward with the projects they have applied for and received other financing, etc. - Assessment of what gives the best effect on the goal of green restructuring and sustainable development; funding for large projects managed by The Green Platform, or funding for minor projects through other schemes in the funding apparatus.
