Die Infrastruktur wie Server, Speicher, Notebooks und Netzwerkkomponenten der Office-IT sind End of Life und müssen ersetzt werden (Erneuerung der Office-IT). Das Betriebsmodell soll von einem auftragsbasierten Outtasking in ein Service-Modell mit monatlichen Servicekosten und klarem SLA überführt werden. Es steht den Anbietern frei die Variante 1 «On-Premises», Variante 2 «private Cloud» oder Varianten zu offerieren. Es werden die folgenden Teile ausgeschrieben: * Teil 1, ICT-Infrastruktur, Basis-Services, SOC, Support: U.a. virtuelle Server, Storage, Datenbanken, Backupsysteme, File- und Print-Services, Remote Access, Monitoring, M365, IT-Security, Support * Teil 2, Digitale Arbeitsplätze: Beschaffung und Betrieb der Windows 11 Clients, Endpoint Security und Management, Peripherie * Teil 3, Netzwerk: WAN, LAN, WLAN Betrieb mit Überwachung und Security, Weiterentwicklung
