Description
The general aim of the contract is the preparation of the RIMS site in Paphos for EGNOS V2 and EGNOS V3 system deployment and subsequent operations and maintenance
Award criteria
- Quality — Quality and credibility of the technical proposal and approach proposed to meet service requirements (completeness, adequate level of detail, clarity, conciseness and quality of information provided).
- Quality — Quality and suitability of the proposed programme of work over the 3 contractual stages; risks assessment and proposed mitigation actions.
- Quality — Appropriateness and composition of the team (including sub-contractors) and its organisation.
- Quality — Completeness, consistency, transparency and clarity of the information submitted to generate the costing
- Quality — Analysis, understanding and level of compliance of the provisions of the draft contract (Annex II)
