De RDW wenst een Overeenkomst af te sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer voor de levering van een SaaS oplossing met betrekking tot Identity Access Management inclusief bijbehorende dienstverlening. Deze bijbehorende dienstverlening betreft o.a. de implementatie, configuratie van de aangeboden oplossing, ondersteuning bij het onboarden van identiteiten, training, consultancy en support.
