Description
Gemeente Dronten is voornemens om via deze Europees openbare aanbesteding één bouwkundig aannemer te contracteren die zitting neemt in het bouwteam voor de nieuwbouw van twee kindcentra: kindcentrum Dronten en kindcentrum Swifterbant. De opdracht omvat in totaal circa 13.472 m² bvo nieuwbouw – KC Dronten ca. 6.572 m² bvo (onderwijs en kinderopvang ca. 5.458 m² en sportzaal met twee zaaldelen ca. 1.114 m²) en KC Swifterbant ca. 6.900 m² bvo (onderwijs en kinderopvang ca. 3.600 m² en gym-/sportvoorziening ca. 3.300 m²), inclusief de bijbehorende schoolpleinen en de buitenruimten.
