Met deze openbare Europese aanbesteding wenst de gemeente Stadskanaal een partner te contracteren die in staat is de accountantsdiensten te verrichten conform de eisen die in deze aanbesteding zijn vermeld. Onder accountantsdiensten worden de volgende werkzaamheden verstaan: • Certificerende functie: 1. Accountantscontrole jaarrekening; 2. Interim-controle (in voorbereiding op de jaarrekeningcontrole); 3. Controle van de SiSa; • De uit voornoemde werkzaamheden voortvloeiende rapportagewerkzaamheden • Natuurlijke adviesfunctie gerelateerd aan de certificerende functie; • Specifieke accountantsverklaringen (Deelverklaringen) Controle gemeente met plus minus 32.000 inwoners
