Description
Dit is de Europese niet openbare aanbestedingsprocedure voor Werving & Selectiebureaus. De scope van de aanbesteding betreft de succesvolle en volledige werving en selectie van de profielen horende bij onderstaande percelen met als primair doel de indiensttreding van de kandidaat, tegen een vooraf vastgestelde fee. Deze aanbesteding is verdeel in 4 percelen: - Perceel 1: Financiële en kwantitatieve profielen, zoals econometristen, actuarissen, auditors en riskspecialisten met uitzondering van it-audit & -risk profielen; - Perceel 2: IT & data profielen inclusief it-audit & -riskspecialisten en managementrollen op het gebied van it & data; - Perceel 3: Management profielen: afdelingshoofden, sectiehoofden en divisiedirecteuren, met uitzondering van managementrollen op het gebied van it & data; - Perceel 4: Beveiligers en centralist beveiligers.
