Derhalve schrijft het CIB een aanbesteding uit voor het produceren, distribueren en administreren van de Europese Gehandicaptenparkeerkaart. Doelstelling daarbij is het bedingen van een kwalitatief hoogwaardige kaart voor een gunstige prijs.
