Description

Doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is om met één geschikte Inschrijver een raamovereenkomst aan te gaan die kan voorzien in de totale inhuurbehoefte van de inhuurgroepen zoals in het aanbestedingsdocument is beschreven. Fierder Onderwijs zoekt één partner voor deze scope voor alle inhuur en over alle locaties. Deze scope is afgebakend op Onderwijsgevend Personeel (OP) en Onderwijs Ondersteunend Personeel/schoolondersteuning (OOP) tot en met schaal 8. De raming voor tijdelijke inhuur van binnen de scope van deze aanbesteding zal de komende jaren circa € 1.300.000,- per jaar bedragen. Dit bedrag gaat vermoedelijk dalen doordat Fierder Onderwijs minder wil inhuren en meer zelf te willen werven. Reductie kan ook ontstaan door demografische ontwikkelingen met daaraan verbonden de ontwikkeling van de eigen organisatie. Een stijging kan door allerlei andere omstandigheden en ontwikkelingen ontstaan. Deze raming is inclusief 21% BTW.
