Doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is om één geschikte leverancier te vinden voor het leveren, installeren en onderhouden van digiborden (touchscreens, om goed onderwijs te kunnen geven). Aanbestedende dienst wenst dit doel te realiseren door middel van een Europese aanbesteding volgens een openbare procedure, waar de ‘inschrijving met de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding’ (Beste-PKV) het uitgangspunt is. De geschatte raming bedraagt circa € 1.300.000,- exclusief BTW
