Description
De opdracht betreft de levering van standaard IT hardware voor NS. Dit bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen (niet uitputtend): • Mobiele telefoons; • Tablets; • Smartwatches; • Mobiele devices waarmee OV chipkaarten gescand kunnen worden en/of waarmee men kan betalen (mobiele kniptang); • Desktops; • Laptops; • Beeldschermen; • Randapparatuur en accessoires zoals bijvoorbeeld hoesjes, webcams, muizen, toetsenborden, etc; • Hardware specials zoals b.v. braille apparatuur, rackmount apparatuur, netwerkapparatuur, etc; • Levering van OEM software. • Levering inclusief overdracht van de hardware aan de logistieke partner(s) van NS. • Leverancier dient op verzoek van NS de te leveren apparatuur aan te melden in de enrollment omgeving van de producent dan wel in de enrollment omgeving van NS. NS is voornemens 3 partijen te contracteren voor een raamovereenkomst van 4 jaar met 4 optiejaren.
