Description

Opdrachtgever wil één dienstverlener contracteren, die over verschillende specialismen beschikt (of kan inhuren voor en/of op voordracht van Opdrachtgever) op het gebied van vastgoed en huisvesting. Deze dienstverlening is aanvullend op hetgeen Hogeschool Utrecht reeds zelf in huis heeft aan kennis en expertise. De bedoeling is dat met bovenstaande benoemde functies invulling gegeven gaat worden aan: • Ontwerp- en adviesvraagstukken voor vastgoed en huisvesting; • optioneel procesbegeleiding bij vastgoed- en huisvestingsvraagstukken; • as built tekeningen (CAD, BIM, REVIT).
