Het Talland College staat voor een grootschalige vernieuwbouw-opgave voor de locatie aan de Cypressehout te Zaandam. De huidige locatie biedt voldoende ruimte lettend op studentenprognoses en onderwijsconcepten, maar voldoet qua type ruimten, inrichting en gebouwtechniek niet meer volledig. Na afweging van enkele scenario’s is besloten om twee vleugels van deze locatie, te weten vleugels A en D, grondig te verbouwen en te renoveren, om de locatie aan te passen aan de huidige eisen en wensen van deze tijd voor modern beroepsonderwijs. 7.306 m2 bvo
