Doel van deze Aanbesteding is het sluiten van één Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer op basis van de Beste Prijs-Kwaliteit Verhouding door de Aanbestedende dienst. Doel van deze Opdracht is het bereiken van een optimale balans tussen tevredenheid interne gebruikers, gasten en bezoekers, medewerker(s) schoonmaakorganisatie enerzijds en een goede kostenverhouding anderzijds. Het schoonmaakbedrijf zorgt niet alleen voor schone gebouwen en een positieve beleving over de totale schoonmaakdienstverlening, maar sluit daarnaast ook op het gebied van leiding en contractmanagement aan bij de organisatie van de Opdrachtgever. Bovengrens €837.906,48 euro
