Het tot stand brengen van een overeenkomst tussen GGDZW + VrZW, waarbij GGDZW de contractpartij is en inschrijver tegen betaling van het overeengekomen tarief aan inschrijver 1. Het voorzien van 9 A3 multifunctionals & 14 A4 multifunctionals & 5 printers voor GGDZW op basis van huur voor printen, scannen en kopiëren; 2. Een deel van de machines wordt per 01-04-2026 geleverd en een deel per 01-07-2026. De ingangsdatum voor de overeenkomst is per 01-07-2026 voor alle apparatuur en software. 3. Het leveren een print- en scanmanagement oplossing aangeboden als SaaS voor de in gebruik zijnde devices; 4. Het verzorgen van onderhoud en verhelpen van storingen; 5. Het leveren van supplies;
