Description
Binnen de opdracht valt: • De levering van (elektrische) fietsen; • Correctief onderhoud van de bestaande fietsenvloot, zowel regulier als elektrisch; • Preventief onderhoud van de bestaande fietsenvloot, zowel regulier als elektrisch; • De levering van randassortiment en accessoires; Buiten de opdracht valt: • Het onderhoud aan niet elektrische fietsen van de afdeling re-integratie; • De levering van tweedehands fietsen voor de afdeling re-integratie; • De fietstassen van de Businesspost Het betreft een Raamovereenkomst voor 2 jaren. Na deze jaren heeft Opdrachtgever de mogelijkheid om de Overeenkomst nog 1 keer te verlengen met 2 jaar. In totaal kan deze opdracht dus 4 jaar duren. De Raamovereenkomst expireert ofwel na afloop van de contractjaren (mogelijk inclusief optiejaren) ofwel na overschrijding van de maximale opdrachtwaarde van €400.000.
