Description
Woningcorporatie Stichting Thius heeft het voornemen om via Europese procedure van de concurrentiegerichte dialoog drie partijen te contracteren, die op basis van de Ketensamenwerkingsovereenkomst met een programmatische (projectoverstijgende) aanpak circa 5.700 bestaande woningen gaan verduurzamen. In de programmatische aanpak is een grote rol weggelegd voor marktpartijen in de meerjarige ketensamenwerking. Stichting Thius ziet zichzelf – als woningcorporatie – nadrukkelijk niet als aanbesteding-plichtige dienst. Zij kiest dus volledig vrijwillig voor deze Europese Aanbestedingsprocedure door middel van de concurrentiegerichte dialoog.
