Description
De scope van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren van een leverancier voor het huren van materialen* en techniek* (inclusief personeel). Maar ook een Opdrachtnemer die bij gelegenheid kan meedenken in de creatieve invulling van een evenement (concept en uitvoering*). Bij voorkeur is deze partij ook in de gelegenheid om, bij hoge uitzondering, de gehele organisatie van evenementen uit handen te nemen. *Materialen: registratiebalies, statafels, signing, truss constructies, decor, podia en overige inrichting en aankleding (voor zover niet in bezit bij NHL Stenden) *Techniek: voorafgaand en tijdens evenementen verzorgen van geluid, licht, projectie, livestream, video opname, editing en montage (materialen en personeel, voor zover niet in bezit bij NHL Stenden) *Concept en uitvoering: thema en conceptontwikkeling, meedenken over programma invulling, online evenementen platformen, registratiepagina’s, vormgeving en productie van decor, vormgeving van visuele middelen.
