De opdracht bestaat uit het leveren van Duurzame Elektriciteit en Aardgas aan Opdrachtgever. Het totale historische verbruik elektriciteit van Opdrachtgever bestaat uit ongeveer 31,1 miljoen kWh per jaar verdeeld over 7 aansluitingen. Voor aardgas geldt een jaarverbruik van 841.500 m3 verdeeld over 5 aansluitingen. De exacte invulling van de voorgenomen Opdracht is beschreven in bijlage A Programma van Eisen.
