Description

Vanwege het expireren van de huidige overeenkomst DD JGZ wenst Aanbestedende dienst, middels het doorlopen van een Europese aanbesteding één (1) leverancier te contracteren die voorziet in het leveren van het DD JGZ alsook bijbehorende dienstverlening t.b.v. alle kinderen/ jeugdigen in de leeftijd van: –9 maanden tot 18 jaar en zwangeren in het verzorgingsgebied van Aanbestedende dienst. De geraamde waarde van de overeenkomst is € 400.000,- per jaar (inclusief implementatie in het eerste contractjaar). Voor de totale looptijd (maximaal 10 jaar) is de raming € 4.000.000,-.
