Description
De Provincie heeft als ambitie gesteld dat de opdracht duurzaam wordt uitgevoerd, conform de gestelde eisen en binnen de gestelde kaders en financiële mogelijkheden. De doelstellingen staan vermeld op www.noord-holland.nl/duurzameinfrastructuur. Hiervoor zijn minimale eisen opgenomen, zoals het toepassen van onder andere Social return. De opdracht betreft een Raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer voor 4 jaar, met 2×1 jaar verlenging. Maximale waarde: €30.000.000 excl. btw (indicatie, geen afnameverplichting of omzetgarantie). Tussentijdse beëindiging mogelijk bij bereiken van de maximale waarde, met 3 maanden opzegtermijn. Tarieven en indexering Tarieven uit de inschrijving gelden als uitgangspunt. Jaarlijkse indexering conform CBS Arbeidskostenindex (AKI) sector Informatie en Communicatie (SBI 58-63), start 1 januari 2027 (peildatum 1 juli 2026).
