Description
Bonnefanten hecht grote waarde aan haar te beheren collectie, huisvesting en de exploitatiemogelijkheden. De doelstelling van de aanbesteding is dat de opdrachtnemer op een transparante en controleerbare manier het onderhoud uitvoert, waarbij de kwaliteit van het preventieve onderhoud er toe leidt, dat de correctieve onderhoudskosten beperkt worden tot die zaken, die niet te voorkomen zijn. Het door de opdrachtnemer uit te voeren onderhoud dient gericht te zijn op: • Goede instandhouding van de collectie • Een optimale exploitatie • Het op peil houden van de kwaliteit van de installaties • Het verlengen van de technische levensduur van de te onderhouden installaties en installatieonderdelen. • 24/7 bedrijfszekerheid.
