Doel van deze aanbesteding is om een opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor de Personeelsadministratie, de Salarisadministratie en de Financiële administratie. GOO Opvang en Onderwijs heeft per 1 januari 2026 528 medewerkers in dienst. Daarnaast zijn er 43 stagiaires met een stagevergoeding. Vrijwel alle medewerkers zijn in vaste dienst.
