Description
De opdracht omvat het leveren van schoonmaakdienstverlening voor het Eemhuis, zijnde één locatie met meerdere functies en gebruikers, waaronder onder meer een bibliotheek, museum, archief, educatieve ruimten en publieksvoorzieningen. Het gaat om dagelijkse en periodieke schoonmaak van alle ruimtes binnen het Eemhuis die zijn opgenomen in de ruimtestaat. De waarde van de opdracht wordt geraamd op €1.800.000,- exclusief btw, bij een jaarlijkse waarde van €225.000,- en een looptijd van maximaal acht jaar. De opdracht loopt van 1 januari 2027 tot en met 31 december 2030 met een optie tot eenzijdige verlenging door opdrachtgever van twee maal twee jaar.
