Description

EEEF as TA contractor is searching for consultants/Consortium to provide legal, technical, and financial advice to the Castell d’Aro, Platja d’Aro i s’Agaró City in Spain to support the preparation of the investment programme "Smart Energy at Castell d’Aro, Platja d’Aro i s’Agaró: Energy Efficiency and Smart Management." The objective is to increase the overall energy efficiency levels in the city by providing (i) building renovation for 24 public buildings, which includes, among others: windows and glasses replacement with high-efficiency ones for four buildings (i.e., the Ajuntament, Palau d’Esports, “Llar Infants Platja” and “Camp Futbol”), and doors replacement with higher isolation level and thermal characteristics; lighting systems renovation in 16 buildings, old HVAC systems replacement in 10 buildings and old boilers replacement, primarily in 5 defined buildings, etc., (ii) PV system installation in 7 identified public buildings, and/or energy communities development, if feasible (iii) street lighting upgrades (i.e., 8.226 light points and 95 control panels), and (iv) a digital platform development for monitoring electric and thermal consumptions in 11 buildings.
