Het doel van deze Europese aanbesteding is om één partij te contracteren voor perceel 1 Klein on-derhoud en één partij voor perceel 2 Groot onderhoud. Gemeente Westland heeft het voornemen de Raamovereenkomsten af te sluiten voor een periode van 2 jaar met de optie tot verlenging van tweemaal één jaar. De beoogde ingangsdatum is 1 april 2026.
