Der Ortenaukreis (vertreten durch das Straßenbauamt) plant die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für den Radschnellweg RS 20. Dies betrifft sowohl Planungsleistungen nach § 47 HOAI (Verkehrsanlagen LPH 1 – 4) als auch Planungsleistungen nach § 43 HOAI (Ingenieurbauwerke LPH 1 – 4) und Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung (§ 51 HOAI LPH 1 – 2).
