Description
Arbejdet omfatter tømning af vejbrønde og lignende arbejder på Ballerup Kommunes vej og stiareal. Driftskontrakten træder i kraft ved aftalens underskrift. Kontrakten løber fra kontraktindgåelse og indtil d. 31. december 2027. I perioden indtil udgangen af 2026 kan ordregiver opsige aftalen med 6 måneders varsel. Kontrakten kan herefter opsiges af begge parter med 12 måneders varsel. Ordregiver foretager i 2027 og årligt en bench marking af kontrakten op i mod markedets pris- og kvalitetsniveau for at afgøre om kontrakten skal udbydes.
