Met deze aanbesteding beoogt SFT een professionele en betrouwbare leverancier te contracteren die brood- en banket grondstoffen, ingrediënten en producten kan leveren ten behoeve van de praktijklessen van de HBR-opleiding. De omvang van de opdracht is geschat op €450.000,- inclusief btw, over de maximale contractperiode van zes (6) jaar. De geschatte omvang is gebaseerd op de schooljaren 2021-2022, 2022-2023 en 2023-2024 en de verwachtingen voor de opleidingen in de komende jaren. Inschrijvers kunnen aan dit bedrag geen rechten ontlenen.
