Alle gegadigden die bij start van deze aanbestedingsprocedure (27 februari 2024) erkend waren in de "EU-367 Erkenningsregeling - Civiele werkzaamheden voor grote lijnenprojecten" zijn uitgenodigd voor deze aanbestedingsprocedure en werden gedurende deze procedure aangemerkt als 'Inschrijver'. Doel van deze aanbestedingsprocedure was om op basis van de gestelde gunningscriteria te komen tot Raamovereenkomsten met vijf (5) Inschrijvers (3 partners en 2 back-up) ten behoeve van het uitvoeren van civiele werkzaamheden (m.n. aanbrengen werkwegen en mastfundaties) voor grote lijnenprojecten.
