Les prestations, objet du présent marché, concernent la constitution des dossiers d'études préalables de l'opération de renaturation du site du barrage de Pont-Rolland situé dans le département des Côtes-d'Armor (22). Les opérations pour la renaturation du site couvrent : la gestion des sédiments, la vidange de la retenue, l'effacement du barrage et éventuellement des autres ouvrages (usine...), puis le réaménagement du site.
