Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d'un marché comprenant des études d'urbanisme et des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre en vue de la création du lotissement communal du Vivier Louis. Le projet d'urbanisation est à vocation principale d'habitat. Il consiste à aménager un nouveau lotissement d'une superficie d'environ 5 hectares pouvant accueillir au moins 200 logements, au regard des objectifs minimaux de densité de 41 logements par hectare L'ouvrage à réaliser appartient à la catégorie d'ouvrages infrastructure en construction neuve. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle affectée à l'ensemble des travaux est fixée à 2 600 000 euros H.T. (Valeur avril 2025)). Les prestations comprennent diverses études d'urbanisme et une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre décomposée comme suit : - Une mission Témoin comprenant éléments suivants : APS, APD, PRO, AMT, VISA, EXE partielle, DET et AOR - Un élément hors mission Témoin : La réalisation d'études préliminaire/Esquisses. En outre, la participation à 5 journées d'ateliers Processus de conception intégrée (PCI) est exigée
