Description
La consultation a pour objet la réalisation d'études destinées à déterminer les volumes prélevables à l'échelle départementale limitée à la frange du bassin Seine Normandie (uniquement couvert par l'appel à projet de l'Agence de l'Eau Seine Normandie (l'AESN)) et intégrant les extensions à la marge sur les départements limitrophes des bassins versants du Matz-Divette, de la Nonette, de l'Automne, du Thérain et de l'Esches-Oise aval. En s'appuyant sur les données disponibles et les études antérieures listées à l'article 1.4 du CCTP, l'accord-cadre a pour finalité de doter les acteurs du Département de l'Oise des méthodes et outils nécessaires à la détermination de volumes prélevables sur des unités hydrographiques cohérentes. Ces études visent notamment à : -Faciliter la mise en place d'une gouvernance concertée, cohérente et apaisée de la gestion quantitative de la ressource en eau à différents échelons géographiques (départemental, territoires de SAGE, masses d'eau, sous-bassins…) mais aussi thématiques (eau potable, usages agricoles et industriels, enjeux environnementaux, impact du changement climatique...); -Déployer une méthodologie commune, adaptée et répondant à un même niv…
