Description
Hankinnan kohteena ovat susien etsintään, merkintään ja pannoitukseen liittyvät helikopterilennot. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen: 1) etsintälennot 2) pannoituslennot Etsintälentoja varten tarvitaan yksi helikopteri lentäjineen. Lennolla on mukana yksi Luken työntekijä. Pannoituslentoja varten tarvitaan myös yksi helikopteri lentäjineen ja lennolla on mukana kaksi Luken työntekijää. Lentoja ei todennäköisesti lennetä saman aikaisesti. Helikopteria pitää pystyä tarvittaessa tankkaamaan ja huoltamaan maastossa. Palvelua tuotetaan vuosittain arviolta 3-6 viikkoa ajalla 1.2.-15.4. Lentotuntien arvioitu määrä vuosittain on: - osa-alueella 1 Etsintälennot noin 30 tuntia - osa-alueella 2 Pannoituslennot noin 60 tuntia. Tämä sopimus ei muodosta määräostovelvoitetta. Toimittajalla ei ole yksinoikeutta toimittaa palveluita tämän sopimuksen perusteella.
