Description

Η παρούσα σύμβαση αφορά στον σχεδιασμό και υλοποίηση του Ηλεκτρονικού Φακέλου Υγείας σε Εθνικό επίπεδο (στο εξής «NEHR», «Ηλεκτρονικός Φάκελος» ή/και «ΕΗΦΥ»). Μέσα από το Πληροφοριακό σύστημα θα δοθεί η δυνατότητα αφενός στην ιατρική κοινότητα - επαγγελματίες υγείας να έχουν πρόσβαση στο σύνολο των ιατρικών δεδομένων των ασθενών τους και αφετέρου στους πολίτες να έχουν πρόσβαση στον πλήρη ιατρικό τους φάκελο.
