Description
The object of this contract (Contract) consists of turnkey delivery of the EstLink1 control and protection system upgrade for two high-voltage direct current (HVDC) converter stations in Harku Estonia (owner Elering AS) and Espoo Finland (owner Fingrid Oyj) according to the Contract Documents.
