Description

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport in E134 in the Seljord area. The driving distance from the E134 to the entrance for the actual 24 hour resting place shall be a maximum of 1 km. Driving distance is measured from the exit from the E134. The 24 hour resting place shall contain sanitary installations with toilets/showers and charging stations, and it shall have 20-25 parking places. Otherwise, the 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the shall-requirements listed in point 3.1. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening by 01.11.2026 at the latest and applies for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years.
