Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Operation and Maintenance East (hereafter called the "Contracting Authority") invites tenderers to a competition for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place for heavy transport along National Road 3 on the atna-Kvikne stretch. The driving distance from National Road 3 to the entrance for the actual 24 hour resting place shall be a maximum of 1 km. The exit from National Road 3 shall be on the stretch from the southern exit to county road 219 at Atna and to the county border Innlandet/Trøndelag. The 24 hour resting place shall contain sanitary installations with toilets and showers and it shall have 12-20 parking places. Otherwise, the 24 hour resting place shall fulfil the requirements listed in the requirement specifications.
