Description
The subject of the contract shall be the design and construction of a Regional Waste Management Center in city of Novi Sad which includes sanitary landfill for disposal of treatment residues and inert street waste of approximately 1,209,000m3 capacity, work zone with Mechanical Biological Treatment Facility including Material Recovery Facility, Bio-drying Plant, Refuse-Derived Fuel preparation Plant, Biogas Plant, LTP, Wastewater treatment system, Landfill Gas Extraction System with all necessary facilities for its safe operation (Lot 1) as well as design and construction of two transfer stations with all necessary buildings and equipment in municipality of Bačka Palanka and municipality of Vrbas including Civic Amenity Site and sorting line for dry bins on each TS (Lot 2). Both lots will be implemented according to the FIDIC 1999 “Yellow Book” conditions of contract.
